Fact Checking Policy

Trust is the foundation of our editorial work at Nowtimes. Our fact-checking policy explains how we verify information before it reaches you.

Our Fact-Checking Process
Every article published on Nowtimes is reviewed by at least one member of our editorial team before publication. For articles that include specific data points, statistics, prices, product claims, or technical information, our team applies additional checks.

Our fact-checking process includes:
– Verifying claims against original sources wherever possible
– Cross-referencing product specifications with official manufacturer information
– Confirming prices, dimensions, and availability for UK buyers
– Reviewing any data, studies, or expert quotes against their original context
– Asking experts or specialists to review technical or specialist content

Corrections
If we get something wrong, we fix it. Material corrections are clearly noted within the article, and the updated date is updated. If you would like to flag a potential error, please email corrections@nowtimes.net.

Sources
Where we reference statistics, studies, or third-party data, we link to or name the original source. We do not present unattributed claims as fact.

Sponsored and Branded Content
Sponsored content is labelled and is not subject to the same fact-checking standards as independent editorial content. Our sponsored content is produced in collaboration with the brand, but is still reviewed internally before publication.

Updates
Homes, products, and prices change. We routinely review and update our content to keep it current and accurate for UK readers.
